Faith Together at Home "Sunday School"
Dear Zion Families,
At this time, the youth ministry team has decided to provide online curriculum materials to all families so that they may participate in Sunday School together as a family on their own time and in their own home. We will continue to evaluate the COVID-19 situation and communicate with families as we make changes throughout the Sunday School year.
The program we are recommending is Faith Together at Home. It contains thirty at-home devotions and activities you can do as a family. The activities are split into five different categories: Explore the Bible, Follow Jesus, Be the Church, Learn about God, and Share Your Faith. Each activity page includes a ritual, reading and talking about a Bible story or verse, an activity, a service idea, and a prayer.
Alongside this program, we will be encouraging families to join our Facebook group titled Faith at Home (Zion Lake Crystal). Through this group, we are asking families to share the devotions and activities you participated in as a family and provide success stories so we connect with each other.
The Youth Ministry team will be discussing some potential options for in-person activities and will keep you updated as we plan those activities.
